We were shown a couple that they had on the lot, however they didn't have the color or options we were looking for. We were told that the SV did not have the option to have the backup camera installed. We made a few calls and found out that was a lie, they only told us that so we would purchase one they had on the lot. We live in Gilbert, however we ended up purchasing from Avondale Nissan....well worth the drive! We called them, they ran our credit, prepared all the paperwork, we were in an out in less than 30 minutes. This is the way to purchase a vehicle! Be sure to ask for Trudy, she will take care of you. I use Power Nissan for our service, however I am starting to feel that I may need to switch. I leave messages that never get returned or I try calling and nobody picks up the phone....it just rings. They started out strong when they first opened, however as personal have left, the qualify for service has all but vanished. More

I even had the offer in writing from them, so there was no confusion that we agreed upon a price. Found a shop down the road to perform an inspection and silence. They didn't return calls, and sold the truck to someone else the next day. Should have known better, the communication from the get go was poor. Lorenzo the sales rep who responded to my online inquiry was inept. Nick the manager blamed the rep for not passing along information, just an overall time waste and beating. Maybe I dodged a bullet. Horrible experience I had went in wanting to purchase a brand new car. I had Mike Roberts as my salesman. He was very convincing on a 2015 Nissan Altima that I had my eye I had went in wanting to purchase a brand new car. I had Mike Roberts as my salesman. He was very convincing on a 2015 Nissan Altima that I had my eyes on. He told me that it was brand new and was used ONLY for the Nissan employees to transport parts. I did the average wait of about six hours to get through the process or purchasing the car. When they pulled the car up after it was done being cleaned, we did an inspection on the exterior and interior. The exterior of the car had scratches on the front and also the back of the car. The driver side mirror was very loose and also had paint scratched off on the back of the car. We notify Mike about this and he said he would have these scratches fixed ASAP, including the loose mirror. I went in a couple days later and they had buffed out the stratches. I was told to schedule an appointment with the paint guy to paint over the stratches that were too deep to be buffed out. So, they had done that. I noticed that the mirror was not tightened and that they didn't even try to fix the paint on the back of the mirror. A couple days ago, I called Mike asking when was the best time to come in and get that fixed. He told me that he could not fixed it and that he was on vacation. I called back today and he still said that he can't fix it. I then contacted Nicholas Clark, the manager of sales, and he was very rude also. He did however schedule me to come in and get the paint on the back of the mirror fixed and to get the mirror tighten. But, he told me that it was a used car that was lent out to others that needed a rental car while their car was in the shop, which is not what Mike Roberts had told me. I was lied to and if I knew that the car was lent out to others, I wouldn't never bought the car. I am very upset with this company. I will never recommend them to anyone. More

This dealership has been a total hit or miss from me. I am a fairly frequent customer of their lot and service department as I own a older 2006 Nissan Altima with the 3.5 SE trim and all available features am a fairly frequent customer of their lot and service department as I own a older 2006 Nissan Altima with the 3.5 SE trim and all available features that I bought used from them back in 2010. I was in the market to purchase another pre-owned car to add to my family, and I have always liked Nissan cars. I've always found Honda and Toyota to be a little too bland for my tastes, in the mundane world of grinding work 9-5, I like to have a little fun with my vehicle to a degree, as we all spend a good portion of our lives in our cars. Nissan has always added a little more performance and pep to their cars compared to the conservative Honda and Toyota. This review is unfortunately going to be overall negative. The only time I did purchase a car here was from sales man Alan Newbury and that was my pre owned 2006 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE which I still own to this day, that particular buying experience was very positive and pretty much text book in terms of doing the deal and the pricing, unfortunately, I've been to this lot a lot more times then that to look into buying, all of them have been more bad then my single good buying experience with Alan. I consider myself to be a fairly reasonable individual with expectations that are not too unrealistic, I try to find the perfect blend of price and performance, best bang for the buck as you will, because lets be honest, if I had all the money in the world I would not be driving a Nissan. My recent experience with Autonation Nissan Chandler was with saleswoman April. I was looking for another pre-owned car to add to the home and went to the lot with intentions to buy again. We test drove several cars, a couple Altimas of different trim levels. Previously owning a Nissan with the upgraded V6 engine and leather interior naturally spoiled me, as who would want to go back to cloth and plastic and a whiny 4-banger after driving that for years? The 3.5 SL/SV was just a little too out of my price range, I had my eyes set on a 2013 CPO 2.5 S Altima with low miles and a multi-point inspection done. I went back into the "box" as you will and we ran the numbers, I've been to other dealers before, and for some reason this dealership always takes such a long time to "ask their manager" and process some numbers on a sale price and present them to their customer. I'm not too sure why, in any case, I waited patiently, keeping myself occupied with my tablet. After about 20-30 minutes, April walked back to the desk with another woman whom appeared to be part of the financing team or perhaps management or both, I am not sure. Being a price conscious shopper I wanted to make sure to get the best deal I could without being unreasonable, which they had dropped the price for me, which I was thankful for, unfortunately, the car I was aiming for and the price was still just a little too out of reach. I told April that the price was almost there and that dropping it a hair more would be in my range and I would drive home with it, this is where the other woman came in, she introduced herself and then proceeded to explain to me that they could not drop the price further. Which is fine, I understand that the dealer needs to make a profit and can only drop the price so much. My only gripe is she acted like she was offended that I was asking for another price drop and proceeded to tell me that "We don't do that stuff here" . Fair enough, I said I could not do the deal at that price. She then insisted that we price out a brand new 3.5 SL/SV package, as the finance lady convinced me that being it was a new car she could push all kinds of rebates, cash back and incentives of being a new car. I sat there to myself and briefly pondered and thought why not, lets go for it and run the numbers, when I shop for the car I focus on the purchase price and for what I am getting for the said price, if they were able to "push" all kinds of company incentives, maybe I could swing the larger monthly payment coming from a loaded brand new vehicle. Another long 30 minute wait commenced. April came back to refresh me that they were still putting things together, we started looking at some brand new car trims and colors on the computer, the color and trim that I was looking for was not on their lot at the time unfortunately. This was going to be a major factor to me, I had never purchased a brand new car before, but I can assure you that if I am going to purchase a brand new car, it is going to be exactly what I want. I understand that we can make some compromises on a used vehicle, not a new car. It had to be a certain exterior, interior color and trim for me if its new. The other lady from finance came back (I regretfully forgot her name.) With some papers, she broke down the price for me, adding some company rebates and cashback incentive, combined with some monthly payment values with certain down payments applied (which I had). They had put together a pretty good deal for me for a 30k loaded Altima, but reviewing the numbers and all, I just wasn't willing to pay that much for a vehicle given all the company "discounts" and rebates, I was curious from her positioning she used on me to include massive discounts, but I wasn't going to swing those monthly payments and instant depreciation of driving a brand new car off the lot and instantly losing thousands of dollars in value, I needed to think this over, as it was a major purchase for me. This is unfortunately where things went south. This lady started breaking out your old school, classic age old dealership tactics of the 1990's and early 2000's, classic canned sales tactics on me to get me to buy a car today, using phrases like "What would it take for you to buy today?" "What kind of monthly payment are you looking for?" I give my answer, she says "Up to?" She proceeds to ask me if she can make me "color blind" and choose a 3.5 car that is not my color preference, proceeds to ask me that if she can find the exact color and trim I'm looking for and can make a "really" good deal for me that would I buy it, I responded with a strong "maybe" and she takes all the papers off the desk and goes back into the finance room to try to yet again put together another deal for me, at this point I had went from comfortable to uncomfortable and just wanting to walk out and leave the place, but I didn't want to be rude. I waited another ridiculous 30 minutes (I had been in the dealership for almost 4 hours at that point). I needed to think over such a major purchase and these people just threw things at me like it wasn't a big deal and tried to pressure me into a high priced sale. April, the finance woman, and now another man presumably also from finance, also walked back to the desk with yet more paperwork and numbers, stated to me they had found my exact car and color and went over some numbers, showing me that they also "added" free oil changes and tire rotations to the deal, a add on that I totally did NOT ask for and increased the sales price (the original price on the 3.5 was not dropped). And that sealed the deal for me, I got up and told them I had to go. And I left the dealership. I felt pressured, and hassled, not by my original saleswoman April, who was very nice and easy to work with, but the finance individuals turned desperate for a sale, they sensed I had money to buy but weren't willing to take into account of my purchase needs and what I was looking for, given the fact that I was willing to buy the original pre owned CPO Altima from them if they were willing to drop the price another $500-1000, but the high pressure sales tactics, the constantly bringing new people out to try and "close" a deal with me, throwing the usual sales tactics at me, I felt pressured and uncomfortable, and because of that, Autonation Nissan Chandler did not retain my business. I don't understand the array of tactics deployed against me, I had never had this happen to me buying my pre-owned car with Alan, not once during the buying process with him did another person ever come out to try to sell or run numbers to me, I'm not sure if it was because we were working with a lower purchase price at that time or what have you, Alan was able to drop the price of the car (reasonably) and accommodate and reach a tell for me that got me to buy it, why couldn't they do it this time around? I don't know. All I know is, the dealership was hungry for a sale, and seemed to throw my considerations and needs out the window, not taking into account what I was, trying to lead me on and romance me with a higher trim level and better car by offering all kinds of "discounts". I should of just left when we couldn't meet a agreement on price of the pre-owned, but her leading me on with the "discounts" kept me there over another hour. I realized it was going to be more money, but she almost made it seem like it was too good to be true. Maybe that was my mistake, I don't know. In the end, because of the long waits, and how I was treated, Autonation Nissan Chandler lost a sale. Unfortunately, I probably will not ever shop here for another car purchase. I will continue to use their service department for my pre-owned Altima that I still own, but I won't be buying another car here for those reasons. The service department has been good to me. I did find a pre-owned car to fit my needs, and it wasn't a Nissan, the buying experience was similar to the one I had with Alan Newbury, but honestly, it was probably better. I was looking to test drive a Nissan Juke and Nissan Rouge. I happened to meet up with Jim on the lot and he was extremely friendly and helpful. After visiting a number of dealerships that made me feel Rouge. I happened to meet up with Jim on the lot and he was extremely friendly and helpful. After visiting a number of dealerships that made me feel rushed to make a decision, working with Jim was like a breath of fresh air! He is reflective of how all salespeople should operate. The only reason I did not purchase from JIm was the interior color of the vehicle (mostly black) and it was something he could not change. Spent 20 -30 minutes looking at cars and nobody approached me to ask if I needed assistance. Nobody at Reception Desk. Car I was looking for & shown clearly on their web site was not on lot. I emailed Mr. Cox and he admitted the advertised unit was not available but he could get one "quickly". Responded with comment that AutoNation the largest dealer in the nation. Not enough to convince me to do business with them in any form in the future. More
I sent many emails to Nick over the course of weeks told him the exact Juke I wanted. I was told he had it, sent a email picture of it and even told the price was dropped for "online" deals... I went there, was shown the Juke I wanted, drove it, LOVED it.. They then took my Honda Civic, 2011 with less than 9000 miles on it and I have NO IDEA where it went. then I was basically alone for the next 3 hours while they worked on "things" After being there for over 5 hours they said that my payments on the one I wanted would be "this" BUT they have a used one that they just happened to have pulled around for me to see.. Dustin said wow, it is certified used and perfect. and we can get you into this for your right payments.. At this point being there for over 6 hours, being disabled and my body in pain all I wanted was my Honda back so I could go home. My Honda was who knows where. Long story short. I ended up in a used Juke I did not want with payment $40 more a month than I wanted. NO WHERE NEAR what I had told Nick that was the ONLY Juke I was interested in.. It had NOT been certified, the oil had not even been changed in 11 MONTHS. This Juke had so many problems it is endless. Kind of funny, before my purchase I could get a return call or email (of which I do still have copies of from Nick, so yes I have proof) once you purchase do not expect any help.. don't expect a call, email just expect to be crapped on.. get your money don't care what you want and dump you.. I have purchased over 10 BRAND NEW cars. NEVER have I been treated like this and NO I did not want a used Juke.. More
