My name is Kelcey Nichols, vehicle is a 2012 f250. I’m in Arlington, Texas. I paid $200 for diagnostic service. All the tech did was drive my truck, and suggest a front differential service. To which I agreed, then the tech left and I never heard back from him. No phone call or anything . He didn’t diagnose anything. Just recommended a service.I do most of the work on my vehicles, I Was injured at work and can’t work on anything right now. So I reached out to autonation mobile repair, and I’m extremely disappointed. Feel like you stole $200 from me. More
The quality of service from the tech appeared to be knowledgeable. The scheduled time was change due to the quality of services being provided to the customer scheduled before, rightfully so. Due to the knowledge the tech was able to diagnose and repair my car issue even though the wrong part was given to him. He showed me the before conditions of the vehicle based on previous mechanical work, although I did not see the work after his completion. I will say that as of today the car is still going without anymore engine light. I'm still waiting on an estimate for service that may possible arise if the engine light comes on again base on his diagnoses. Therefore I can have some knowledge of what may be going on. More
