Wow. I am just beyond happy with the service quality I experienced at Maserati working with Jim Duffer. We had a situation where multiple unrelated is I am just beyond happy with the service quality I experienced at Maserati working with Jim Duffer. We had a situation where multiple unrelated issues just coincidentally happened back to back with the car. When the 2nd issue happened, my wife was alone with the kids while I was away on a trip - and the car had just returned from the dealership. I remember expressing my anxiety to Jim - and he instantly told me he has been in a similar situation feeling unable to help his family while he was away, and how that must feel. From that point onwards, he turned that unfortunate situation into this 5-star review from us. Jim and his foreman spoke with me multiple times on the call, and went to task with the car - fixing one issue after another - even ones I had not even noticed (the car is on a lease). They gave us a pretty good rental with unlimited miles - and that allowed both parties to not have to rush to a fix. If this is not white-glove service & world class professionalism, I don't know what is. Thank you Jim & Maserati! More

Their “no haggle” feature is less of a customer benefit and more of a dealer benefit- it’s a tough market to buy a used car in, and this policy is clearly in place so they never have to come down on price, which is not ideal considering the prices they set. I still bought the car and appreciate the 90-day warranty and good customer service, but I don’t like that they’re trying to BS a no-price-reduction policy into a bonus feature for the customer. If the market were any better, I wouldn’t have bought the car at the asking price, but that’s just circumstance. More
