all the problems below on my 2021 SUV LeVANTE did not fix in the dealership for 2 days other than the oil change is done with over $1,100 INVOICE PAID with discount applied. the car rear driver side suspe in the dealership for 2 days other than the oil change is done with over $1,100 INVOICE PAID with discount applied. the car rear driver side suspension still have very annoying sound and making squeaky noise without fixed. the MASERATI LEVANTE CENTER CONSOLE SLIDING TRAY is broken since the first year and still never fix. It was pretty decent dealer and the team members were pretty helpful too. I was very pleased with Daryl and Samer for making me feel comfortable leaving my Levante for a few days while they took care of all of my needs. My car looks great! Poor customer experience. Does not care about customers. I came in to fix a problem with the car and was told they did not have sufficient resources to attend to my issue, but Does not care about customers. Took my car in for its first service and they did a great job. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wasn’t made aware that the service would take over 2 hrs and they had no loaner cars so was job. Samer went out of his way and took amazing care of me! I'm from Fresno and getting up here to get serviced is a bit of a hassle!
