I had damage to a rear tire on my Lincoln and went without an appointment to AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater at 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. The tire guy looked at my tire and said the damage was b without an appointment to AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater at 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. The tire guy looked at my tire and said the damage was bad and the tire needed to be replaced. I was going to make an appointment for the following week because it was so late on a Friday afternoon. However Ed Almberg the Customer Care Consultant asked me wait while he checked with the tire guy to see if they could replace the tire so I would not have to come back since I live in Saint Petersburg. They actually replaced the two rear tires and it was completed by 5:00 PM. Ed Almberg and the service crew at AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater are the best and always give me terrific service! More
