We had a problem with out 2019 Lincoln MKZ the surfaced on Friday, something where driving it was not safe. I went to the dealership (AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater) first thing Saturday morning. I had to have a blower motor recall repair done and the part was on back order. I paid upfront for a new part and then when the recalled part came it they repaired it and gave me my money back.
