Excellent customer service! My MKC needed a new engine, thank goodness it was under warranty. I got a rental for the week, which was also covered under the warranty. The technician even highlighted for me that, had I gotten the service done about 10 days earlier, it would have been covered under my new vehicle warranty, which just expired (Lincoln Concierge Service had told me otherwise a couple of weeks ago, so I do have a follow-up issue with Lincoln, but not this dealer).
