I bought a Lincoln from the dealership in June along with the vehicle protection for “dings, knicks, scratches” because it was recommended. When I had an oil change last week, I asked the dealership to also the vehicle protection for “dings, knicks, scratches” because it was recommended. When I had an oil change last week, I asked the dealership to also fix my two small dings. They called to tell me they were bigger than a dime and wouldn’t be covered under the vehicle protective plan. I called the salesman on Tuesday when my car was at the dealership to say that is NOT how the plan was described to me. Mike C has still not returned my call. I’ve had no resolution. I do not recommend this dealership, there are too many other dealerships in the area that would appreciate your business and return calls. More
