ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! AVOID CLEARWATER AUTONATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Once we paid, they never returned a call. Not even their lying General Manager Bob Geiger, who to THE PLAGUE!!! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Once we paid, they never returned a call. Not even their lying General Manager Bob Geiger, who to this day (Dec 3!) still wont give us the Title, even though we paid on November 9, and have an active loan. They've tried bullying us into waiving our right to Jury trial, accepting a shorter than agreed warranty, and fraudulently signing docs with phony dates, mileage, and price!!! He even threatened to tear up our contract and take the car back if we wouldn't comply. Then he wouldn't even put what he wanted in writing, and refused to give me the contact info for his supervisor or legal dept. They really are a NIGHTMARE to deal with. And we're returning customers to AutoNation - bought my wife's Mercedes SUV from the Delray location 5 years - no problems there. But CLEARWATER AUTONATION STINKS! We went to AutoNation to avoid SLEAZY USED CAR DEALERS. Guess we picked the wrong spot. Trust me, don't EVER go there. Go ANYWHERE else. They act nice, but it's just an act - sleazy cheaters who try to rip you off. Let's see how long they leave this up for... More
