I needed an oil change and tire rotation, my MKC has 40,000.. Ed the service person was so accommodating. I knew at that mileage I need some other normal maintenance. Had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am. Arrived on time and Celso checked me in. Only additional thing the mechanic found was coroded battery terminals which I authorized to have cleaned. I finall on time and Celso checked me in. Only additional thing the mechanic found was coroded battery terminals which I authorized to have cleaned. I finally got my car back at around 3:30pm. 4 Hours is rediculous to get an oil change, and clean the battery terminals. I was not pleased at all and had to cancel several other appointments I had that afternoon. I feel if I make an appointment for an oil change, it should only take about an hour and I would be on my way. You need to do something about appointment scheduleing and service time.
