Beware of the terms of the extended warranty when purchasing vehicle. In some of the paperwork it is listed as 6 years (72 months) and in other forms it is listed as 6 years/60,000 miles. Just got purchasing vehicle. In some of the paperwork it is listed as 6 years (72 months) and in other forms it is listed as 6 years/60,000 miles. Just got burned for being approximately 1200 miles over, in 60 months, or for driving a little over 12,000 miles/year. Repair estimates came in at $3,325.99, cost of extended warranty when vehicle was purchased was $2,271.00 (never used). More
Being Canadian I have my Lincoln serviced each year while in Florida. The location is exceptional and only wish the Canadian dealers could be this good. They go out of their way to make waiting a comfortable experience. The lounge is nice with TV, beverages and the best donuts. Our sales person Don and all of the staff were friendly and professional. Don was able to find us a special discount and 0% financing that we were not expecting. He is very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car and guiding us through the sales process. My only disappointment is/was the value given for my trade-in. I received multiple e-mails from Lincoln and the dealership about how they were paying "top dollar" for trade-ins like mine. However, in the end I received less than the lowest value provided by NADA. Luckily the discount offset the difference and saved the sale. However, this aspect of the purchase was well below my expectations. More
