They were all very friendly and trying to help, and the price on the vehicle was a good price. We liked our salesperson very much, he was not pushy and we was very nice to work with and they were the reason we came back to this dealership in the first place to bring them our business.... However, many mistakes were made, and I feel the need to bring up my concerns.... Where do I start.... My girlfriend and I were pre-approved for a loan with our bank, which the dealer is directly integrated with in order to expedite the loan process. We bought a CPO vehicle with a no-haggle price and scheduled an appointment to buy the car. Despite all of this... It still took over 3.5 HOURS to buy the car. This is my 7th vehicle purchase... I've never had to wait that long to buy a car, especially with pre-approval, an appointment and no-haggle price. On top of this, they asked us to fill out a credit application... This threw up a red flag for me since they shouldn't need it due to their integration with our bank and the pre-approval. We were told the application was only needed in order to look up our loan information with the bank....10 minutes later, I get an email from Experian saying a new hard inquiry has been added to our credit reports. Then we move on to the finance person... We had to redo the paperwork multiple times. It honestly felt like it was their first time doing this. Constantly forgetting things we needed to sign, or making mistakes. The first round of paperwork, I realized they wrote up the contract with the wrong price on the car. Then, we get to the back end sales pitch... Warranties, service plans, etc. In order to sell us on the extended warranty, they told us that it was an 84 month UNLIMITED MILES warranty, I mentioned that it clearly states that it is 99,999 miles... But they insisted that it shows all 9's because that's their way of indicating unlimited mileage. And the service plan was a set number of visits with no time constraints. After hearing this, I felt it was a great deal, so I signed up for both. About an hour later of signing paperwork... We get to the very end, the last piece of paperwork to sign, it's 10pm at night, were tired and just want to go home.... And they "realize" that the warranty wasn't actually unlimited miles... But actually was only 100k miles, and that the service plan does in fact have a time constraint of 60 months. Seeing how this person spends literally all day selling these plans... You'd think they would know things like that. At that point I was so over this process that I said fine, and bought them anyways because that would have meant starting the paperwork over yet again when it was already past 10pm. As for the car... They told us that this car had park assist, even showed us which button you press to activate it. A few days later we decided to give it a shot... Turns out, that button has nothing to do with park assist and after researching the cars original sticker, the car was never equipped with park assist... Which was one of the big reasons we were drawn to this car. It also took us a few days to realize they sold us the car with no floor mats!? The car has less than 7000 miles and a year old, where could the floor mats have possibly gone?? The finance person also explained to us that the car uses regular/87 gas and even talked about how Infiniti specially tuned the car for regular gas. So that's what my girlfriend used... Until I drove the car, and went to fill up the tank and saw that the fuel door clearly stated to use premium/91 gas. Good thing I caught that before any damage could occur to the engine. I eventually emailed the general manager and asked them to dispute the hard inquiries on our credit reports. They did respond, claiming that's their standard procedure, however my bank confirmed that because of the direct integration they have with the bank, that isn't necessary and they recommended I call the dealer to have them dispute it for me. It's been a couple weeks and I haven't heard back from the dealer, so I'm not sure where we are on that, but I do realize disputes take time.... So we'll see if that eventually clears up. More

Exorbitant pricing! I bought my car from this dealership several years ago, and since having the car, have only had oil changes and minimal upkeep done. Recently, I need I bought my car from this dealership several years ago, and since having the car, have only had oil changes and minimal upkeep done. Recently, I needed service done and was quoted an exorbitant amount in parts and labor. I decided to do more research and found another dealership with a very reasonable price. I gave this dealership an opportunity to match the price (or come close) and earn my business, but that did not happen. I decided to take my car elsewhere. On another visit, I simply needed an oil change. I knew that I had purchased a savings pack (probably 10 changes for the price of 9 or so). Instead of properly checking my account, the service consultant immediately quoted me a price. I brought up the fact that I purchased a savings pack. After the consultant searched his records, he agreed and that I did not owe anything. During that interaction, I felt like I was being treated differently because I am a woman. Is it assumed that because I am a woman, that I would pay whatever, whenever? If you have my name, and car, you can see that I have been at your facility several times. Why wouldn't the fact that I've purchased an oil change savings pack appear? Why wouldn't this sort of check be integrated into the checkout process? If I didn't mention the savings pack, then I'd most certainly be charged for something that I should not have to pay. More

Initially I dealt with Samantha and she was very nice. On Sat she was busy so we were introduced to the sales manager Gil. After looking at a few cars and walking all over the lot, it was determined they didn't have the car we were looking for on the lot. Back to his cubicle to see if he could find the car at another dealer. When we had questions, Gil had to look every thing up on the computer, didn't seem to know the car very well. We we asked for a price on the car with the trim level we wanted, Gil disappeared into an office claiming he needed to print a "menu". Keep in mind this is after already having been at the dealership for about an hour. He didn't come back. After about 20 min we got up and looked for him. He was sitting in the office with other employees, chatting. We left. Despite Gil having my husbands phone number, we've received no follow up call. We were prepared to buy a car - very disappointing. We will not be purchasing from this dealer. More

I was not disappointed! Arun was so friendly, respectful, helpful, and honest - and he was accommodating to my needs. He even set up all of the paperwork for me ahead of time so that I could drive off with a new car without having to sit around for hours doing paperwork. Arun worked so hard to get me the exact car I wanted as well - and after meeting him and his manager, I was even happier to have purchased from Tustin. One more thing; Being a woman, I definitely deal with overt sexism when trying to purchase a car by myself. At the Beverly Hills location for example, my sales rep told me that I "need to find a rich husband so he can buy me the car I want". This was not my experience at all with Arun! He was extremely respectful, not "salesy" or pushy at all. Love you guys! More

While talking with the sales person our daughter sent me a text for the same car at Tustin Infiniti and WOW did we find the right car at the right price. My sales person was Anthony ( Tony ) Le and he was OUTSTANDING! We purchased a M37S and there was not any pressure or games. I told him my price and we were able to come to an agreement. I also purchased the 8 year unlimited mile warranty at a great price. I highly recommend that you go to Tustin Infiniti and ask for Tony Le you won’t be disappointed.... believe me Rick and Sue C from the OC More
Being a credit union member, I was referred to Auto Nation. I was investigating a couple models and had a specific price ceiling for money spent. Johan with Car Nation in Fl. referred me to Infinity Nation. I was investigating a couple models and had a specific price ceiling for money spent. Johan with Car Nation in Fl. referred me to Infinity Tustin for the car that appeared to match my wish list ans also be within my price goal. After visiting two dealerships in the competitive area of InfinityTustin; both which could not supply a vehicle close to my specificatiosn, though it was their brand, I was please to arrive at the lot, have Phil direct me to the car (which was honestly more than I expected after those two disappointing visits to Hyundai dealer), test drive the car and complete the purchase with ease. Phil was attentive to my time schedule and even helped me deliver the car to my residence that evening. I appreciate Auto NAtion and Infinity Tustin. I would definitely recommend that others consider this dealership and the complete Auto Nation car finding program. Michael Patino 714-394-8839 patinola@pacbell.net More
