Me and Family just had newborns and need a bigger vehicle and decided to drive 2hrs from San Diego to buy a SUV from their dealership and It been the WORST decision we ever made. They hid details about issue with the vehicle and now we have an IOU and they wont even be courteous to provide us with a loaner vehicle since they issue they need to fix would take more than a day and we would to drive back and forth. I will NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AND AS AN ACTIVE DUTY MEMBER OF US MILITARY WOULD EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS... We recently picked up another 2020 QX 60 lease from Infiniti Tustin. We had a discrepancy with the purchase and lease return process. We spoke with the General Manager, Zayn, and he was professional, listened, and was dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. After he looked into the situation in detail, he resolved the issue to our full satisfaction and we are looking forward to leasing another Infiniti in the future. More

Very unprofessional. Employees are uneducated on how to write up proper contracts and refuse to pay for their errors. I traded my leased vehicle in 2 months ago for a new 2019 vehicle. When I made the deal I specified I was trading in my car, "not returning it". I signed the paperwork, took the car and now 8 weeks later I get a bill for $3400 for excess mileage on my old car. I call my salesman and sales manager and they both admit it was an error and miscommunication on their part but yet refuse to waive the bill. Why would they expect me to pay a bill when they made an error? Never buy a car here unless you want to deal with unresolved issues. GM Zayn at this time still refuses to resolve the issue. More
