I was sold a vehicle with bad tires and vehicle registration was only paid for a few months. I was told the dealer would pay gor DMV fees if I purchased the extended warranty, then I received the registration was only paid for a few months. I was told the dealer would pay gor DMV fees if I purchased the extended warranty, then I received the registration bill from DMV 3 months after purchasing the vehicle and had to replace all 4 tires within 4 months of owning the car. It only had 21k miles! More

My 2012 M37 has a long term parasite battery drain problem. If not driven for 5 or 6 days it will not start, and has to be jump started. For 4 days they kept my car, while insisting that nothing was w problem. If not driven for 5 or 6 days it will not start, and has to be jump started. For 4 days they kept my car, while insisting that nothing was wrong because the battery tested ok. I repeated the problem and suggested how to find the fault, including checking existing Infiniti service bulletins related to this. I was told that testing the electrical system would cost $1000.00. I have purchased 2 Infinitis from this dealership and enjoyed excellent service for 19 years, but now will have to find a real service department to have my car repaired. More

I was very pleased with the service. I was greeted upon immediate arrival. The estimate of the time it would take to do the work was completed before the expected time.
