The purchase of the vehicle was good, the experience after the purchase was not so good. Bought a four year old used car that was quoted as perfect condition with a AN Infinity dealer warranty and once after the purchase was not so good. Bought a four year old used car that was quoted as perfect condition with a AN Infinity dealer warranty and once I bought the car found a few issues - called the AN Infinity dealership on the second day after purchase and they suggested that I go to the dealership of the make of the vehicle (Acura) for warranty work. Made an appointment and took the car to the Acura dealership said that prior repairs to the car were not done correctly and it would not be covered under warranty. Brought it back to the AN Infinity and they said sorry but 5 business days includes weekends since we are open - however their service department is not open on Sundays. Then they said they would not cover the warranty items because it was not an Infinity and I should go back to Acura and pay for the repairs. Sad, as this is why used car dealerships get a bad wrap - they wash their hands of any customer after the sale especially if the car is of a different make. I will work with Acura on the repairs and I will bring them my future business. More

Prior to our purchase, we had a great experience. However, once we arrived at the dealership it went downhill. They had added items on the invoice that were not indicated online for the used vehicl However, once we arrived at the dealership it went downhill. The sales manager said the items were already added and could not be taken off and that the online description was not accurate. My husband felt like this was a bait & switch tactic and got up to leave..... then they removed the item. Additionally, we purchased this used vehicle at night and did not see some of the missing items until the next morning. I called, texted and emailed our sales guy asking about the damage with NO REPLY! I called to the dealership and asked to speak to the manager (that was listed on their website) and was told that manager hadn't worked at the dealership for several months. The guy who answered the phone was less than helpful and when I asked to speak to the sales manager, he conveniently disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to someone else who took my name/number to pass along to the current sales manager.... it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. Since my purchase, I have received several emails from various people at the dealership congratulating me on the vehicle and to reach out if I had any questions. I responded to every email with no reply so I am left to assume that these emails are auto-generated and not sent with any sincerity at all. Now that they have my money, they couldn't care less about their level of customer service or lack of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as there are plenty of dealerships in Southern California to choose from and who would be grateful for a sale. More
