Jonathan was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and provided great guidance. I didn’t have to wait when I brought in my car or when I came to pick it up. Matthew Wolinsky and the service team at Autonation Santa Clarita were outstanding. My daughter had just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata (from a private used car dealer) and one week after the purchase, the Clarita were outstanding. My daughter had just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata (from a private used car dealer) and one week after the purchase, the engine failed. We had the car towed to Autonation and spoke with Matt the following day. He informed me that they were extremely backed up on diagnostics and it could be 2-3 week's before it could be looked at. I received a phone call from Matt less than a week later and he informed me that the engine failed but it would be recalled at no cost to us. Less than a week after that I received another call and Matt informed me that the car was all ready to go with a new engine. Could not be more pleased with Matt's professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend this dealership for service. More
Understaffed, poor communication, failure to answer calls to customer service. This was the worst experience at a car dealership in my 72 years of life. to customer service. This was the worst experience at a car dealership in my 72 years of life. More

The service department needs to be more efficient. They use a call center for making appointments instead of a direct call to the on location department. Bringing in your car can be a wait as you must They use a call center for making appointments instead of a direct call to the on location department. Bringing in your car can be a wait as you must see the “advisor” assigned to you. That’s by appointment. However, picking up your vehicle is another story. They don’t have a service desk where you go to pay and then have your vehicle called up. You have to wait to see your “adviser” who will take care of it. If your advisor is busy with another customer it can he a long wait. The folks ste very friendly and it’s not their fault. It’s management at Autonation Hyundai of Valencia. And by the way, if you live more than 6-8 miles from the dealership, they will not shuttle you as they don’t have one. Instead they call Lyft and will pay for up to 6-8 miles at which point you will be dropped off and perhaps get the Lyft driver to continue or make other arrangements. This is not the way to run a dealership. More
