I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased my 2023 Hyundai Kona paid in full in cash back in February 27th. I've regretted it ever since. The vehicle has an extremely faulty automatic emergency brake system that will activate numerous random times on the freeways and local streets! This has occurred so many times I've lost count. Every time it happens, your dashboard display shows very bright red flashing lights, and everything locks up. So the tires are frozen, the steering wheel is frozen, the engine is frozen, the car is frozen. I absolutely hate it. The service department at this dealership is absolutely awful. I wish I could return this vehicle and get my money back and wish all of this never happened. More
During a basic 15000 miles recommended service I sent the palisade in with my wife with marked service points so I could ensure repairs were made. All that was paid for was not completed. Today I showed the rear shocks were blown and Jonathan, who failed to call me back for a week and a half, explained they would only replace ONE shock. That’s mechanically unsound to have unequal shocks. Obviously there is no mechanical understanding and Jonathan refused to connect me with a supervisor. I will be going further up the chain. More
AutoNation uses a call center to set your service appointment. The call center states our car can get diagnosis the same day. You bring your car in and are told that they can not diagnosis car f appointment. The call center states our car can get diagnosis the same day. You bring your car in and are told that they can not diagnosis car for 2 weeks. Your car must stay at the dealer. I felt bad for the service representative who is put in an awful position . Super professional!! There is no rental car until your car is diagnosis. They state you can get a rental car and can " seek" reimbursement. The service manager lies to you and state this is an issue he was not aware of. Then you are told you can put your name on a waiting list for a car. You call auto nation to put in a complaint and hear crickets. You bring your car in for your 20,000 mileage check-up and they try to up sale you in work that is not necessary under your warranty. The repair issue is still not fixed properly. I More
I drive from Camarillo to Santa Clarita, despite there being Hyundai dealerships much closer to my home. I do this due to the excellence, politeness, consideration, and efficiency of the mechanics and of being Hyundai dealerships much closer to my home. I do this due to the excellence, politeness, consideration, and efficiency of the mechanics and office staff at the Santa Clarita dealership, which is also where I received excellent customer service when I purchased my Hyundai Sonata Home Hybrid from them. Kevin, my service writer, could not be more polite and respectful. I HIGHLY recommend that you consider driving a few extra miles to experience some of the best service you will ever receive from an auto agency! More
