You may do yourself a favor to stay away and find a different dealership! This dealership practices bait and switch; advertising a model with a different interior, at a lower price that they didn't e different dealership! This dealership practices bait and switch; advertising a model with a different interior, at a lower price that they didn't even have in stock and then they tried to say it was a different model that sold the night before....not honest or ethical! Their salesman, Nick Vondra, instead of taking 5 minutes to answer a few questions, wasted 30 minutes of my time on the phone trying to get me to drive 2 hours in the rain, (hour there/hour back) plus whatever time would have been wasted at their dealership, since they didn't even have the car they were advertising! Then, I found out later, that he lied about the Costco Auto Program, saying it was Costco's Policy to not provide the information I was requesting. Why would you want to buy a car from someone that you know has lied to you in the 1st 30 minutes?? All he did was create an antagonistic exchange that confirmed I should not buy my 2 cars from him and that dealership. What do these guys think they're accomplishing by acting the way they do and treating the customers the way they do?? They lost me as a customer because of how this guy behaved and treated me over the phone. More

Both Danny and Hector made sure we were taken care of. I felt as if they really were trying to work with me when it came to monthly payments with something I could afford. Our sales person Edward Johnson was the best, he really went above and beyond to help us get into the car we wanted. He didn't waste our time with the dramas of the usual price haggling and worked directly went above and beyond to help us get into the car we wanted. Experience was problematic from the first moment from sales person not being honest to finance being argumentative. Once we settled on a price, it still took 3 hours to finish paperwork.
