They refused to give me my trade in back and then tried to charge me for it. They are currently trying to sell my trade in while it is still under my name, both with the dmv and with the lender. This was my first visit to this dealership (after being disappointed with another local Hyundai dealer) for a regular service. My service rep, Blad was great, the facility was comfortable and clean.
