I was first told that the diagnostic test would be $145.00, but I ended up paying $188.00 and they still could not definitely tell me what was wrong with my car. I was then told that it would cost over $1000.00 to try an oil pressure switch as the next step. There was no guarantee that this would solve the problem. The oil pressure switch is part of the engine, but not covered by the warranty. Why is that and why is the switch so much?h More
I had a wonderful experience at this location. After being told so many different things were wrong with my car it was like a breath of fresh air to find someone that was honest and competent, and repai being told so many different things were wrong with my car it was like a breath of fresh air to find someone that was honest and competent, and repaired actually what needed to be repaired rather than repairing nonexistent problems. There were two other service consultants that did no If it wasn't for Terry, one of the service consultants, I would have given less than three stars. There were two other service consultants that did not even acknowledge me or offer assistance when I entered the room. Neither one of them were busy with a customer either. It seemed as if they didn't want to be bothered. Terry was waiting on a customer when I walked in, though. When Terry was finished helping the customer, he assisted me. He was very professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank goodness for Terry, otherwise I may not have been helped. More
Three hour oil change and lied to about price. Terrible service. First I was lied to about the price for my 7500 mile service. When I questioned it, the tech said "Oh Yeah, that's not right" Terrible service. First I was lied to about the price for my 7500 mile service. When I questioned it, the tech said "Oh Yeah, that's not right" and it was reduced by about $25. I have suspicions that this is just another revenue stream - "upcharging" customers who don't ask about the cost. Then they took a full three hours for an oil change and tire rotation - completely unacceptable when I had an appointment set a week before hand. Then they offered me a discount because of my extended wait. Left to get it "authorized" and then returned to tell me they weren't actually able to get me a discount, I paid the full price on the invoice. I will not return and will urge everyone that will listen to do the same. More

I recently went in to have the car serviced...I made an appt, told them my CV joints were making popping sounds when I made a turn, and it was time for an oil change.. Drove all the way from Hinesville to get there. They had to order the part. Ok, fine. But then they didn't even change the oil. That would have saved me time when I came down to get the axles fixed. So I went back this week, no one called me when the part came in, I had to call them.. when I got there at 10:30 they told me they didn't have a loaner so I'd either have to wait or walk around. Walked around until almost 4pm, car was done, and was then informed by the cashier that instead of walking back from the Oglethorpe mall, I should've called the shuttle. I said" you mean the one no one told me about?" More
I bought my Veloster back at the end of October and have continued to bring it in for my regular oil changes. I am a traveling sales rep and need an oil change about once a month. Every time I call Bob ta continued to bring it in for my regular oil changes. I am a traveling sales rep and need an oil change about once a month. Every time I call Bob takes care of me immediately and gets me in quickly and promptly for my oil change. Not only that but the entire dealership could not be more friendly and acoomdating. Bob also informs me of things going on with my vehicle that I would never be able to keep track of on my own. I will continue to bring my Veloster here for service for the lifetime of it's ownership and then most likely buy another Hyundai from the team when I am ready for a new vehicle. More
My wife and I had lost a transmitter to our Santa Fe. We had only one transmitter as the previous owner had not turned both transmitters in. Kurt, in sales, graciously ordered us another transmitter and Dan had only one transmitter as the previous owner had not turned both transmitters in.
