This used to be a good dealership. I know they are in transition and its not looking like a good one. Staff is despondent. A two hour service took all morning. They don't answer the phones, the servicing transition and its not looking like a good one. Staff is despondent. A two hour service took all morning. They don't answer the phones, the servicing technician never contacted me nor did he bother to answer messages. Not to mention they didn’t bother with protecting the seat or washing the car when they finished. I guess COVID is not a concern here. I was looking for a new vehicle and low and behold there were more used cars from other brand than Hyundai. Looked more like a used car lot than a Hyundai dealership. Ashley seems to be the only one that even knows how to smile and not be rude. Thoroughly disappointed. More

What a turnaround! Our prior experience was from driving up for service, walking in and experiencing a rude, almost arrogant, person who gave us the feeling of being unconcerned for the cost or customer exp up for service, walking in and experiencing a rude, almost arrogant, person who gave us the feeling of being unconcerned for the cost or customer experience. It was so bad, we would drive two hours to another Hyundai dealership for service. But our sunroof would not close and the forecast was for rain, so we decided we had no choice but to return to this dealership which was conveniently only 20 minutes away. What a pleasant surprise that the service representatives were great and engaging and appreciative of customers walking in. We were helped by a gentleman named Bob who was absolutely great! He informed us of how busy they were but was emphatic to our need for help because it was the week of Christmas and we needed to travel out of town. He was reassuring that he would make sure we were worked in so that we could be with family. Further, he called me back with the estimate when he promised he would and said that they were able to get the sunroof closed so that we could travel, would order the parts and make the needed repairs when we got back! The repair estimate seemed reasonable as well. What a complete turnaround and excellent, reformed now customer experience! More

It is an embarrassment that this dealership has removed the free coffee machine for customers. We the customers deserve at least coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. Free of charge as the previous owners had it. After the free coffee machine for customers. We the customers deserve at least coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. Free of charge as the previous owners had it. After all, we pay lots of money for services we receive in the maintenance department. It is not fair that a few cups of coffee are replaced by vending machines such as sodas and junk food. For a cup of coffee, you will lose a customer and perhaps future customers. What comes next? Will you take away the television which we enjoy news and programs while waiting for the car to get fix? As a right now I guaranteed that you will lose 2 clients just for your decision of remove the coffee machine. Shame on you. More
