Appointments are scheduled several weeks out when you need service. The wrong part was ordered for my repair which added several more weeks. Robert was very courteous and explained in detail what will happen. Little disappointed that Hyundai did not give them a supply of the HD, FD PCB Relay necessary to fix recall same day. That is not the local dealerships responsibility to insure that is in place for a safety recall but since I travel 60 miles to get to nearest dealership, it becomes inconvenient.
