I purchased my car 3/8/2013 and I have only used this location for all of my servicing needs. This is the first time I've visited since it changed to AutoNation and it sucked. The people were not friendly like the old Savannah Hyundai and even Peacock staff. I was supposed to get a quote for recommended future service but didn't. For example, Fuel System Service was $175.00 on my last visit, which was not anticipated nor was an estimate given. Also, a few weeks earlier I had a flat and decided it was time to replace all 4-tires. I could not get an appointment, nor could I get a return call to get an estimate of what it would cost for them to replace 4-tires. I went to Sam's Club and estimate a $120.00 savings and for a better tire. More

The new manager was so rude and basically told me I'd have to wait until the world gets better to get my car fixed that is under warranty. (I heard another customer say he told her the same thing) I was considering purchasing a 2022 car but I will be going back to Honda to buy and definitely will never recommend nor buy from this car dealership because of this issue. Was told could take up to a year and that I had to keep calling once a quarter. It's getting worse every day and that affects my value of this car. He tried to tell me it would not affect it, but of course it will. Not what I expected with Hyundai at all. Will be contacting BBB and keep trying to keep my asset protected. The way the manager of the service department spoke to me was ridiculous. I do not believe he would have talked to me like that if I were a man. Told me he didn't like paying $5 for a gallon gas but that is what happens. Who says this? That is NOT what you tell the customer. I am not going to give up trying to get my car fixed that is under warranty. They want me to pay for a rental car if I want it fixed which could take 10 days to fix ...at my own expense... ridiculous. NO HELP whatsoever. None. Also, their phone call back system is awful. The person they have answering the phone is the most rude lady I have ever encountered. (Not Ashley, she was really nice but could not do anything) More
