I purchased my car 3/8/2013 and I have only used this location for all of my servicing needs. This is the first time I've visited since it changed to AutoNation and it sucked. The people were not friendl location for all of my servicing needs. This is the first time I've visited since it changed to AutoNation and it sucked. The people were not friendly like the old Savannah Hyundai and even Peacock staff. I was supposed to get a quote for recommended future service but didn't. It wasn't even noted on my receipt like it has been in the past. More

First our 2012 Hyundai is the best car buy ever for us. Getting a timely service appointment is difficult and when it is obtained seems to take more time than required. The service people are friendly but final cost of service is more than anticipated and are not provided up front. For example, Fuel System Service was $175.00 on my last visit, which was not anticipated nor was an estimate given. Also, a few weeks earlier I had a flat and decided it was time to replace all 4-tires. I could not get an appointment, nor could I get a return call to get an estimate of what it would cost for them to replace 4-tires. I went to Sam's Club and estimate a $120.00 savings and for a better tire. More
