I went to get my car serviced. It took over a month to be fixed but it was worth it. Robert, my service worker, was the only one who helped me. I was informed that they were short It took over a month to be fixed but it was worth it. Robert, my service worker, was the only one who helped me. I was informed that they were short staffed, which everyone in the world is short staffed, was the reason for the long delay with my car being fixed, however, Robert was able to get me in a loner car for that month my car was being serviced. I had a warranty on my car so the cost was not that bad for my payment once the car was fixed. If it wasn't for that loner car and Robert helping me out, I would not have been able to afford a rental while my car was serviced. They were professional and I would recommend anyone to purchase, service your car or just plainly check out all services Hyundai dealership had to offer. More

Took 3 months to get a routine engine light check. Not enough technicians, and unbearable backup. A number of service staff resigned due to a switch to AutoNation takeover. Unable to get updates on a vehicle that is in service for a bad engine, know one will ancer the phone, I have 19 calls that I have left messages with and know return calls!
