Unable to get updates on a vehicle that is in service for a bad engine, know one will ancer the phone, I have 19 calls that I have left messages with and know return calls! Very disappointed in this company! More

I'm not the guy that you want review from on Auto Nation in Savannah Georgia, my granddaughters car was taking into their shop to have the engine replaced due to bad engine from the factory. She's been without a car for quite a while now. I call them, they will not answer the phone, i leave a message and they want call me back, even the manager was going to call me twice and still hasn't done it, i leave him messages, still no call back. Even the operator has called me twice but was no help. I have 29 calls login on my phone without any answers. So NO i will never buy, recommend, nor use this place again. This is not a way to run a business!

hard to get them to answer the phone for service and when they did, it was over a month before I could get an appointment. May go to Pooler Chevrolet--they answer the phone! More

I spoke with a friend who also purchased a Hyundai from what was then Peacock Hyundai. He had the same experience as I did. He was told that AutoNation wasn't going to honor service agreements from Peacock Hyundai. Pretty much explains why I was treated the way I was. I'll be reaching out to Georgia Consumer Protection for advice about this.

Appointment was for 3/24,made apptm , an 82 yrs old women on a walker in the rain, no latch, told to return on Monday, called on Mon. no latch, was informed they would call when latch was in, one week later, no call, I called, Robert was out of the facility and would not return for the rest of the week, waited two weeks, went to dealer spoke with Robert ask why I not been informed about the part and expressed that I expected at least a courtesy call, said he would call, not a call as of 5/13. Drove my Hyundai to Hilton Head, SC , they ordered the part and repaired the trunk within the week!! I purchased 3 Hyundai since 2012 from this dealer and recommended friends and family who purchased cars as well. DISSAPPOINTED!!!
