The service center never answers the phone. I even called while I was at the front desk and they didn't answer still. The GM said they are very busy. Kat in parts had a hard time trying to find prices then when she did you quoted a very high price. i had to call of dealers and provide evidence to her to explain that how she need to find a lower price for the tire I needed.
