Representative, service writer was very polite ( Ms. Morgan ), professional and organized. However, when I got my car back it had been splashed with dirt on the passenger side, and left dirty. Inside, on the drivers side - something appears to have been poured on the door and left to dry. Also, I'm accustomed to my car being vacuumed before returning to me. Very disappointed. Not the best customer care experience!

If replying to my comment with an automated response and providing the stores main phone number as the GM’s line is how you show your concern for an unhappy customer. You need to rethink your business practices. This shows me that you have no care in the world for this issue and who knows how many other unhappy customers you have with unsolved problems.

To the robot response. That is not the number to the GM. He has my number and he has no interest in improving my experience. The ONLY way to improve my experience is to #1 resolve the leak under my car. There was NO leak when I dropped the vehicle off in September. #2 Clear the engine light fault. If the "certified" technicians repaired the engine then there should be no illuminated engine light. #3 Explain why there was no engine oil in the car. Everyone knows lack of proper engine oil can cause serious engine damage! #4 Explain why the engine splash shield was improperly installed, missing bolt and hanging from under vehicle.
