I was traveling and my Hyundai Santa Fe left me stranded about 6 hours from home. The closest dealership was in Savannah, so I got the vehicle towed in knowing it had an alternator issue. They informed me of a recall that would take care of the repair costs for me. I was thinking that I would be out of pocket a considerable about of $. Alice and Morgan were great in helping me get back on the road and home. They took great care of my situation and went above and beyond to set my mind at ease. I've been in the automotive world myself for 29 years, so I know how difficult their jobs can be! I can't say enough good things about them and hope the General Manager reads this. I made the biggest mistake in my life when I when from a Honda to a Hyundai because when it were a recall on my 2009 Honda accord the Honda dealership give a rental to get to & from work.Hyundai didn't bu Honda to a Hyundai because when it were a recall on my 2009 Honda accord the Honda dealership give a rental to get to & from work.Hyundai didn't but I had to pay for a rental and still have not got my refund back yet.it been now 2months . So no I will not recommend any one unless they have a newer model then mind and also like better then me. More

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department was understaffed but said there would be a wait and yes there was a wait. Brought my car in for a radiator fan issue. Just turning on the cabin fan (nothing else on climate control is on) turns on the radiator fan at full (and loud) speed. Anytime driving the car the Just turning on the cabin fan (nothing else on climate control is on) turns on the radiator fan at full (and loud) speed. Anytime driving the car the radiator fan is running all the time at full speed, even in sub freezing temperatures. The service department had my care for a week - and only after I called did I find out they were testing the climate control system and the cabin fan. I took the service manager out for a spin, and got the standard, that is how it is supposed to work, the fan is electric, etc., etc., So nothing was fixed, I was out $500 (I had to rent a car for that week). I have spoken to a few other 2023 Hyundai Palisades owners and actually compared with another owner of the exact same car. Cars were at running temperature. As soon as I turned on my cabin fan (only) the radiator fan would kick into high speed. No other owner reported this issue, and neither did my neighbor (who owns the exact same car). I love the car, but service stinks. More
