I wrote this review while waiting in the waiting room for my key, and guess what, after paying and having my car brought to me, only then I was told the key could not be cut. So update to original post, my time was wasted, and I just got the call today my key is now finally cut apparently, and once again have to find time to drive down for a key. A key that was scheduled a month in advance. Three times I need to drive down, for one key. Hopefully this will be the last. The amount of money spent, I should not need three visits for a key. Please inform your customers if you can’t provide a service before they pay.
