Poor communication, poor service. I will not return. Scheduled a month in advance for a key to be made, they didn’t have the key when I showed up. Let it slide and didn’t get mad. Prepaid for the key, and was told It was fully paid for and did not owe anything when I came back to get it, but returned to be billed again for a programming fee. Showed the receipt that had the key and programming fee marked as prepaid. Still had to fork over more money on top of they somehow discovered a filter that was in such horrible shape, it needed replacing now. It’s funny because when I was in a week ago for the original appointment, the did a full check and didn’t find this filter. Add not consistent to the list. Will get service elsewhere. More
The new service area showroom is very nice. People were polite and helpful. Had an appt. for an oil change and vehicle maintenance check. Was in waiting room for 3 hours. Car was previously brought in twice for a/c odor which was not repaired. I asked if service would look at the problem again while the car was in for an oil change. I was told they could not smell any odor. Third time car was there and problem still isn't resolved. More
The staff and the new facility are impressive. Staff is courteous and polite and the new facility is comfortable. However, when I went home I found out my windshield wiper fluid was completely empty (same condition it went in for the service). It is not a huge problem but it destroys my confidence in the process. How do I know my oil was checked and changed? How do I know my tires were rotated? Shall I check the color and viscosity of the oil? Shall I mark the tires? This type of mistake can dampen the trust regarding the entire service and that is unfair. More
