I brought my Kona in because the paint on the roof molding what’s flaking off. The staff was courteous and polite. They ordered a new piece of molding and advise me they would call me when it arrived molding what’s flaking off. The staff was courteous and polite. They ordered a new piece of molding and advise me they would call me when it arrived to schedule an appointment to have it installed, approximately three days. After a week had passed without hearing anything, I went back to the dealer to check the status. At that time they told me the part had come in and scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the appointment date, I drop the car off. Three hours later they called me and informed me that the piece of molding they received was not the right one for my car. I returned and picked my car up and was told they would call me when the correct part came in. More

Nothing works here and they charge a fortune for it . Only bright spot is Melissa who is fantastic. Had to wait for 3 weeks to get an appointment for recall . The next day I got an ema advertising a $49 oil change from Auto Nation of Hilton Head , Really. Wanted to charge me $790 because an SRS light indicated we “may have” a problem. But had to pay just to make sure. So, 4 days for an overpriced oil change and recall ??? More
