The service department is absolutely HORRIBLE. Dropped off the car Wednesday evening. They are trying to get us to pay a diagnostic fee for our 2024 vehicle with 14,000 (still covered under the bu Dropped off the car Wednesday evening. Could not reach them on Friday for an update, no call from them either. Got ahold of a service advisor on Saturday that didn’t know anything at all about the vehicle… so we were without a vehicle for the entire weekend. I told him we better be their first call Monday morning— well, guess what— no phone call this morning. I tried calling the dealership and the receptionist could not find the manager or service advisors. This is absolutely ridiculous and just unacceptable. I will also be writing a letter to Hyundai corporate. More
