This was my first service appointment since I purchased my Tucson. Chase was my service provider, and he was excellent. He was friendly and informative. 2016 Hyundai elantra It all started with a knock coming from engine so I called Hyundai of Savannah service to see if it would be covered the 10 year warranty Hyundai provides. Ernest who was my service ad from engine so I called Hyundai of Savannah service to see if it would be covered the 10 year warranty Hyundai provides. Ernest who was my service advisor told me to bring it in the day before Thanksgiving and that next week towards the end of the week it was being diagnosed and it came out to be a engine failure. That Monday I receive a call saying it was approved for engine replacement under the 10year warranty and engine was ordered if not the same day. I was told 6 to 8 weeks after approval Ha they was playing cause the car was ready that Saturday with a new engine and the car washed. Hyundai of Savannah just earn another customer in the near future. Thanks again Ernest and Hyundai of Savannah! The service was awesome! More
