Juan was particularly helpful, he listened to all of my concerns and specific requests, taking multiple cars out for viewing. He was incredibly thoughtful and intentional in getting me the car that I was specifically after, even though it required a bit of a wild good chase😂. He also took the time to thorough explain the Hyundai App for my phone, all its features and how to get the most out of it. I have worked guest services and customer care jobs most of my life, so this aspect is paramount to my loyalty to a company. Every person I have encountered in this business over the last three years(maintenance of my old Elantra, and now purchase of my new Elantra). Has been gracious, kind and approachable. The product is great, and I LOVE the cars. But the wonderful staff you have are the reason I will continue to return to this company and its product over and over. Very friendly staff especially Christopher who took care of my issues. Down side is when you call you are rooted to a call center and not the dealership. I had an appointment for some recall work bur the de of my issues. Down side is when you call you are rooted to a call center and not the dealership. I had an appointment for some recall work bur the dealer was not sure if the part was in stock or not, luckily they had 1 on hand. The problem is that the call center does not communicate with the dealer only looks to see if the dealer shows the part in stock on the computer but does not confirm by calling them. If the dealer had used the part in the 2 weeks I waited for the appointment I would have had to reschedule for them to order the part. This system could lead to problems for the customer and should be improved upon. More
