He was incredibly thoughtful and intentional in getting me the car that I was specifically after, even though it required a bit of a wild good chase😂. He also took the time to thorough explain the Hyundai App for my phone, all its features and how to get the most out of it. I have worked guest services and customer care jobs most of my life, so this aspect is paramount to my loyalty to a company. Every person I have encountered in this business over the last three years(maintenance of my old Elantra, and now purchase of my new Elantra). Has been gracious, kind and approachable.
