Christopher Anders did a phenomenal job managing the high volume of customers. I had questions about the service package while checking in and he took a moment address my questions. NEVER take your car here for Service. This is the second time they have scheduled my car for a recall and once I drop the car off they don’t have the part and can’t get it for days. But o This is the second time they have scheduled my car for a recall and once I drop the car off they don’t have the part and can’t get it for days. But of course they try to sell you other parts while you’re there. The Service manager couldn’t be bothered to come out of his office to even try to help the issue and the employee at the desk was rude and no help at all. He tried to blame me for not letting them know what I needed when scheduled over a month ago, and when I called to schedule the appointment It was only for the Recall!!!!!! I will never be back!!!! More
