Car was previously brought in twice for a/c odor which was not repaired. I asked if service would look at the problem again while the car was in for an oil change. I was told they could not smell any odor. Third time car was there and problem still isn't resolved. More

However, when I went home I found out my windshield wiper fluid was completely empty (same condition it went in for the service). It is not a huge problem but it destroys my confidence in the process. How do I know my oil was checked and changed? How do I know my tires were rotated? Shall I check the color and viscosity of the oil? Shall I mark the tires? This type of mistake can dampen the trust regarding the entire service and that is unfair. More
