I wish I could say that I loved my experience but upon receiving my vehicle the panorama roof would not close. Before detailing and checking it out the roof worked fine. They tried to get it fixed but cou receiving my vehicle the panorama roof would not close. Before detailing and checking it out the roof worked fine. They tried to get it fixed but couldn't. Granted the vehicle is not a Hyundai and not qualified to repair but now I have to take off work and travel to another state to get it fixed. It is under warranty thankfully. All I can say is, I love my purchase but disappointed in my service. More
AutoNation was very professional in taking care of my car. Prompt service, and courteous shuttle service while I waited. When I got the car back, it was cleaned. Would come back! car. Poor communication, poor service. I will not return. Scheduled a month in advance for a key to be made, they didn’t have the key when I showed up. Let it slide and didn’t get mad. Pre I will not return. Scheduled a month in advance for a key to be made, they didn’t have the key when I showed up. Let it slide and didn’t get mad. Prepaid for the key, and was told It was fully paid for and did not owe anything when I came back to get it, but returned to be billed again for a programming fee. Showed the receipt that had the key and programming fee marked as prepaid. Still had to fork over more money on top of they somehow discovered a filter that was in such horrible shape, it needed replacing now. It’s funny because when I was in a week ago for the original appointment, the did a full check and didn’t find this filter. Add not consistent to the list. Will get service elsewhere. More
