This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, but right in line with my previous experience with AutoNation in another state. The service center told me when my car was towed in on a dealership, but right in line with my previous experience with AutoNation in another state. The service center told me when my car was towed in on a Wednesday that it would be not be looked at until Tueday of the next week. When I asked what I was supposed to do for Transportation since they'll be holding my vehicle which is under the 60,000 mile warranty that it wasn't their responsibility. A short time later, I was called and told that it was the battery that was the issue. When I arrived at the shop, an hour before the shop closed I might add, there were no cars on the lifts, and three service advisors holding up the desk. Why they told me it was going to 6 days until I balked at the unreasonable diagnosis time, I don't know. More

Dropped my vehicle off at my scheduled service appointment time. Service department kept my vehicle for 3 days without any contact, update or communication. A special effort was made to get the car I wanted from another dealer because the one I wanted had been sold. Someone traveled to another city on a Saturday to get the car and it was ready at 0930 on Mond another dealer because the one I wanted had been sold.
