I contacted the service department and Lynn about a week after purchasing my new Sonata. A harness bolt was missing and a bolt fastening a heat shield was loose. Two weeks ago, Lynn set up an oil change for me and that took less than an hour. So far, I have been well pleased with the service department and with Lynn Coplin. More

The sales staff was friendly, attentive, knowledeable, and personable. The sales person was very helpful and the finance person was very professional as well. How ever, when there was a problem with the sterio system the sales person did all he could to get the issue resolved. It took three visits and multiple phone calls to get the attention of the repair department. The sales man had me drop the car off and he drove me back to work to see if he could get the issue resolved. Even after we had the issue several times and the sales person even saw the issue with the sterio system (screen was blank) when the service department looked at the system there did not apear to be an issue so they did nothing. It was only after we took the car back two more times before the service department desided to correct the problem. It appeared that the service department had a lack of communication with the rest of the staff and us the customer. I would recomend my friends to this dealership. Vivian Vineyard More
