They go above and beyond to get you the best deal and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before driving off of that lot. Danny B, the sales manager is very experienced in getting the best deal for the customer. Bad Credit, No credit, Less than perfect Credit...it does not matter..you will still be treated as a valued customer, with the same dignity and respect as any other person. And my favorite thing about my experience is that they were never pushy. I walked out of the dealership getting the car that I wanted ad fell in love with, and they made it happen for me. Bruce was awesome!!! Like most people, I walked in thinking that I would just be lied to and jerked around like most local dealerships, I am so hapy to say that I was wrong. After my experience at Savannah Hyundai, I am a TRUE believer that good people, with good morals even in the business of car sales does still exist! They will always have my business and my families business as well. Kean was awesome! This was my first big vehicle purchase, and Kean made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The car was used, though, and I discovered after I got home that the shocks to the trunk wer and Kean made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Charles was patient, answered all questions, didn't "push" for a sale, and followed up AFTER the sale with an hour of explanation of all the features and how they work. Mr. Williams made sure I was then care of. From the time my request was submitted through Usaa to the time I drove off the car lot. The car I requested was there on the car lot. The car dealership was also able to get me a cheaper rate on a loan then the loan I had approved through my bank. More

Why did I give Savannah Hyundai a five in all categories? Because they deserve it! I went in only looking for ideas for a car that has been nothing but a headache for me. I have no credit history and was expecting to be turned down right away. However, I was promptly greeted by Pat who quickly showed me the most affordable car on the lot, a 2007 Ford Focus. After she got my credit application filled out she introduced me to the manager John, and the finance manager Frank. They were all friendly and worked with me on the price! I'm not the richest college student in the world, far from it in fact, but they kept upping the ante, giving me more on my trade in and bartering with the credit union in order to get me the lowest possible payment. They even suggested an insurance company in order to get the cheapest full coverage possible! Everyone was friendly and everyone I met tried to earn my business, they didn't expect me to give it to them. I strongly recommend going to Savannah Hyundai the next time you are looking for a new vehicle! More
