I was told on the phone i couldn’t get an appointment for like a month, but they told me i could walk in same day and they would try to get my car serviced. I walked in and they immediately took my car back like a month, but they told me i could walk in same day and they would try to get my car serviced. I had to have my car engine replaced under warranty. I did at first have to contact the service manager for the first update. He was wonderful and even have me a loaner car. I was then set up with Earne I did at first have to contact the service manager for the first update. He was wonderful and even have me a loaner car. I was then set up with Earnest by test and phone we communicated regularly for updates. Earnest was also wonderful and kept me up to date. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of five is because when I picked up my car the battery was dead (which I already knew and they said they would jump it for me), however it took them 30 min to find the car in the lot because they could not use the key fob. I think there should be a number system for parking them. I noticed the oil change sticker had been updated, but it said the battery was good? When going to leavei discovered they had put the cover to the old engine in the back of my car and not removed it. So then I had to get them to remove it and make sure I did not need it. Thank you all so much for putting me back on the road. More
We leased a car and the process was relatively smooth. The next day we noticed that there weren't any floor mats. Don't know why it couldn't have just come included with the vehicle and not as an extra add on we have to buy after. More
