I called your show room and a young lady who assisted the sales people said it was on the Tuscon vehicles. She then transferred me to sales.. That is how close I came to not purchasing a vehicle. She should be rewarded in some fashion. I am pleased with the car. I was not pleased that I had to purchase first place finish as it should not be a mandatory item. My sales person was great and spent time with me as I changed from a gray to white vehicle. More

He was personable and you could tell that he enjoyed his career as a Car Sales Professional. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that i was interesred in purchasing and if he did not have the answer i was looking for he was resourceful enough to find out. I am not an easy person to please and can be difficult at times. Mr. Ross was very patient and his demeanor is one that I look for in my own employees. It is good to know that there are still people who ginuinely care about the customer and are not just showing up to work for a paycheck. I will recommend this Dealership to anyone.
