Greg i'm sorry that you feel the way you do. I had emailed you awhile back and explained to you if you had a price from another dealer get a signed buyers order and we would beat it by a $1000 dollars. That is real easy. If the other dealership will not give you one than they are lying to you.We want to give you the best price and we stand behind our pricing. You have to use rebates to discount the car. The other dealer was I promise you , and if they are not get a signed buyers order and we will beat it.That is why we are a high volume dealer because we stand behind what we say we will do. It is not unreasonable to ask you to get a signed buyers order from the other dealership if that is truly what they are going to sell it for especially if we are going to beat it by a $1000.00 . I hope that you think about it and get a signed buyers order and we do business. Thank you once again for your interest in the Hyundai Accent . Tim Besancenez BDC Manager

Based on my interactions with your dealership employees, I highly doubt you guys will honor the "beat any dealer by $1,000" price, will probably find some excuse why my buyer's order is not legitimate or something similar. Unfortunately, the FTC does not do a good job enforcing false advertising laws, so reporting you guys will probably go nowhere. My main issue is that Daniel lied to me. And even giving him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he actually thought I asked for pricing with rebates included, he could have simply said something along the lines of "I apologize for the miscommunication, I thought you asked for pricing with rebates". Simple, leave it at that. My issue is that he confidently stated I asked for pricing with rebates and that I was wrong, when 100% I had clarified with him that the price should NOT include rebates. I've been calling around to several dealers and asking for the same thing, and have been clarifying that I want pricing WITHOUT rebates - that has been my main message! A less savvy car shopper would have wasted their time driving to your dealership only to find out the price quote was bogus.

Once again I'm sorry you are upset , but saying the pricing is bogus is not true. We have honored many deals beating it by a thousand dollars. The reason we ask for a signed buyers order is to make sure that everyone is talking about the same car , and having it signed means that it was approved by a manager not a quote that someone else has given you. We are in the top 100 % in the nation for Accent sales and that is why we are willing to sell the car a $1000 cheaper than our competitors . Just think about it . We are here for you if you change your mind.
