The service department is absolutely HORRIBLE. Dropped off the car Wednesday evening. They are trying to get us to pay a diagnostic fee for our 2024 vehicle with 14,000 (still covered under the bu Dropped off the car Wednesday evening. They are trying to get us to pay a diagnostic fee for our 2024 vehicle with 14,000 (still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty)… I feel taken advantage of because I’m a woman. Could not reach them on Friday for an update, no call from them either. Got ahold of a service advisor on Saturday that didn’t know anything at all about the vehicle… so we were without a vehicle for the entire weekend. I told him we better be their first call Monday morning— well, guess what— no phone call this morning. I tried calling the dealership and the receptionist could not find the manager or service advisors. This is absolutely ridiculous and just unacceptable. I will also be writing a letter to Hyundai corporate. More
