Appt at 10, I arrived about 9:30. They immediately took my car for new battery (my request) and oil change. They completed about 10:10. They had my car in service for 7 weeks and did not even try to get to it. After being told on week 5 that I only had two ahead of me there was no sign of getting anything done so I had to get it towed away try to get to it. Guy working in service just seems like he doesn't want to be there and doesn't really care about service. More
