Had lost my lug nut key. Jorge was very courteous and offered a clear explanation of the process that was needed to solve the problem. Very helpful and kind, Service department took care of my vehicle and advise there were no issues. The only thing Im concerned about is that when I got back home I discovered my windshield wiper fluid st vehicle and advise there were no issues. I was told previously they would cap that off, not sure if someone forgot but I will look and see if I can find someone to add some fluid in there More
