I would give this service department a zero if I could! Took my Palisade in with very specific instructions of what's going on with my A/C. They don't touch the vehicle for 4 days to even diagnose. When th Took my Palisade in with very specific instructions of what's going on with my A/C. They don't touch the vehicle for 4 days to even diagnose. When they finally do diagnose, they tell me I have a leak somewhere. No correspondence whatsoever. After having my vehicle for 2 weeks, my husband drives over to speak with the service Mgr John Harrelson who did not make good on his promises. We also found out that the issue I brought my car in for service was never put on the service ticket. Incompetence at its finest. We will never use this dealership for service again. More
I have had them do the standard oil change for my two Hyundai cars, 2022 Sonata and 2023 Elantra. The first time they did the Elantra they left the oil cap off and made a mess. We had to take it back to Hyundai cars, 2022 Sonata and 2023 Elantra. The first time they did the Elantra they left the oil cap off and made a mess. We had to take it back to be cleaned up and be checked to see if any issues existed. The second or third time, I don’t recall which, on the Sonata they did not put the gasket in with the oil filter. I had to have them tow it, as I got an oil light that came on and I had to pull over. I had to get an Uber to my house to get home, they had no loaner for me. They took the Sonata in, redid the oil change checked it out and said it was good. As I drove away the breaks were noisier than I was used to, so I turned around and had them look at it. Only then did they clean the excess oil from the breaks. We were told we would be contacted about the Uber charges, but did not ever receive any contact, it’s been about a week. In short, I would not recommend any service here. They obviously have issues in quality control. They do work to fix what they mess up, but they do not go the extra mile that I feel should be done when you make mistakes that have the potential for significant damage to a vehicle. More

My advisor Jorge Caldera remained communicative and resourceful during the time my vehicle was out of commission. Jorge made sure to take care of my car's needs above all else. Best service experience in my 45+ years of driving. Thank you Jorge! And thank you AutoNation Hyundai! More
Lousy dealership. Had car towed twice from Autonation. Service Rep Zachary lied to me about Automation doesn't do warranty repairs so I had car towed to another dealer Had car towed twice from Autonation. Service Rep Zachary lied to me about Automation doesn't do warranty repairs so I had car towed to another dealership. The second time I worked with Jorge Caldera. He lied to me also. I dropped car on a Monday. He said Thursday we will look at it. I dropped by on Wednesday and he said tomorrow Thursday we will look at. It's now Tuesday 5 days after he said they would look at it. Just lousy service at this dealership. I'm having car towed again from Autonation to another dealership that actually tells the truth and my car is getting in right away. Autonation wasted 8 days of my time. My car sat for 8 days. I had it towed twice from this dealership costing close to $500 because Zachary Mobley said they can't do warranty work because Vandergriff Hyundai did the original warranty repairs they had to fix it. So the car had to be towed to Vandergriff after it was already at Autonation for 3 days. Now I spoke to Mr. Caldera when I got my key fob back and he lied to me also. He said it would be looked at on 25th of April and I recorded our conversation. He's now saying he said maybe we could get it in. I returned to Autonation on Wednesday and spoke to Mr. Caldera again and he said Thursday they will look at it. So I text him Friday and he replied we haven't looked at it. I dropped by Saturday to talk to him and he was off. So essentially my car sat the entire 8 days and in the same spot and never once got looked at. I've never been treated so poorly by a Company. I had the car towed to Hiley Hyundai and the car is already being looked at today the same day it was towed in. If you want to be lied to and given the runaround this is the place you want. They absolutely don't care about customer service. I'll never recommend Autonation for anything. I even put a blog on AA employee website on Facebook to avoid this place at all cost. That's over 10,000 members on that page that live locally in Dallas Fort Worth area. If you want great service use Vandergriff Hyundai in Arlington or Hiley Hyundai in Fort Worth. I've used both with excellent service. -5 stars for Autonation Hyundai More
Unprofessional poorly run service department. I had to wait 30 days for a service appointment for 2 recall issues. I knew these were being corrected by software updates. The afternoon prior I had to wait 30 days for a service appointment for 2 recall issues. I knew these were being corrected by software updates. The afternoon prior to my appointment I was told I would need to leave my car all day until 6. No loaner car. The service rep just told me appointment was to meet w him, car gets serviced, whenever. I reached out to GM R Schrell explained they don’t know in advance how long the service will take because Hyundai issues new safety recalls all protocols all the time. So basically going to AutoNation Hyundai service for a known recall - which has been in process for months, is not understood by the dealership. Go to a dealer that cares about the customers time. Another dealer had me in next day, in and out in 90 minutes. No games More
