There were certain features of the "Texas Package" that I didn't want added to my purchase and when I asked to have these removed I was not met with opposition. My sales consultant was good but when I asked the new car sales manager how to convert the money factor into an estimated interest rate he said he didn't know in a very dismissive way. I quickly responded with 'should I multiply by 2400?" He seemed aggravated. The big boss (didn't get his name) is the reason I made the deal. On top of that the finance guy Chris didn't collect my first payment even after I asked about it. I had to come back and give him my card number. More
