My purchase experience was worry-free. Conner was quick to respond to my first chat message the night before we went into the dealership to test drive. The overall dealership I like . I have purchased 6 or 7 cars from that location. I am not impressed with some of the changes that have been made in the service dept. It should not n I have purchased 6 or 7 cars from that location. I am not impressed with some of the changes that have been made in the service dept. It should not not take 2 1/2 hours for a oil change. I have always been treated kindly by the people. Mike is a special person that checks me in most of the time. He is friendly and always explains what is due. I have one more oil change due on the contract and think that I will be looking for another location. The express service sign is still on the wall. If 21/2 hours is exprI would hate to see how long it takes for other services.. More

I dropped my car off for warranty work and I felt like I was rushed through the entire process.
