Very slow process. I had check in hand and it took an extremely long process. And I had to fill out the same paperwork, once with the sales person and the “official” with the finance person. We were very pleased. The only negative is the preparation of one car which did not remove two rubber-like transportation seals that upon coming loose created a knocking sound causing a return trip to the dealership. Upon the removal of the seals, the noise ceased. Otherwise, we are 100% pleased. More
