Excellent experience! Ryan was a fantastic in working with us to replace our Odyssey that was totaled in an accident. He gave an honest description so we made the trip and were not disappointed. Very obvious that Hyundai had no intention of honoring their warranty. Wanted me to pay $165 to remove valve covers before they would conduct an oil consumption test. Rep gave me a number for Hyundai who their warranty. Wanted me to pay $165 to remove valve covers before they would conduct an oil consumption test. Rep gave me a number for Hyundai who told me I’d get a call in 3-5 days. Picked my car back up and will have to schedule another appointment that was 3-4 weeks out last time. I’m forgetting the whole thing which is exactly their plan. More
