We bought a new 2022 hyundai tucson SEL from Autonation hyundai North Richland hills last week. We were first time buyers and were very pleased with the service they have provided. Our sales associate Ant hyundai North Richland hills last week. We were first time buyers and were very pleased with the service they have provided. Our sales associate Anthony Bruno was an awesome guy, he explained us thoroughly the differences between the trim levels of this vehicle ,and told us exactly what we are going to get in the trim we were looking for. The best thing I appreciate about Anthony is he was not like other sales guys from other dealerships, without playing any games, he showed us exactly what the out the door price would look like for that vehicle. Also , I saw that many other dealerships in DFW area were charging 'Market Adjustments' (which is an additional cost other than MSRP) , but here in autonation hyundai north richland hills they did not charge anything like that. Overall, great experience here, will probably go back there if we decide to get another vehicle. More
Came here to purchase a used 2018 Tucson. I inquired about the vehicle online and a sales representative named Ryan helped answer my questions regarding the vehicle. I wanted to come in and t I inquired about the vehicle online and a sales representative named Ryan helped answer my questions regarding the vehicle. I wanted to come in and take a look at the vehicle and test drive it since the CarFax report mentioned this vehicle has been in a minor accident. I am not foreign to purchasing used vehicles however given this market it's best to be careful. I also have the misfortune of having to purchase another vehicle within 6 months. That's correct, I've bought two vehicles during the pandemic. One new 2021 and now this used 2018 Tucson. I was recently in a car accident in January and my vehicle was totaled from a driver going too fast for the conditions. Myself and my dog are ok with some injuries but should make full recoveries. After I arrived at the dealership, Ryan came out and met me and we got started with looking over the vehicle. Within 30minutes I wanted to go through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Now, I did get some complaints from the sales manager regarding my financing. I had my own financing and wasn't interested in going through the dealership, though I was pushed with the typical, "what interest rate are you getting, and we do not accept out-of-state financing." I replied with I can get you a check from Chase bank. I can honestly tell you I do not appreciate being pushed to finance through dealerships, I also do not appreciate their attitude when you refuse to do so. Ryan came back and we got started on the basic paperwork. I did ask him to have the vehicle alignment looked at because the steering wheel wasn't centered. I also asked for him to have the rear driver's tire looked at for leaks because there was a tire plug in it. I drove over 2 hours to purchase this vehicle and wanted to leave and get home safely. While I was taking care of the paperwork with the finance representative I was told my concerns would be addressed. After I left the dealership I immediately took it to a service garage to have it looked over and I was told the tire is leaking, also the alignment is not straight and needs to be adjusted. I called Ryan and voiced my concerns. He did say, that the service would not be able to look at my vehicle that evening. I said I'm sorry Ryan but I do not feel safe driving the vehicle home and I would really appreciate having these concerns addressed properly because I literally just left your dealership an hour ago but I asked for this to be addressed before I even left. He got back with me and told me to come back to the dealership and they might be able to fit me in. I checked in to service, voiced my concerns, and waited patiently. I ended up staying until the dealership closed that night. So all in all it was a very long day for me since I got to the dealership at 11 am to purchase the car. The service department replaced the tire and re-aligned the steering. So far the vehicle is running as it should. I only gave 3 stars because one's safety should always be a top priority. The service department clearly did not check out my concerns before I left the dealership and I had to push to get them corrected. This should not reflect on Ryan, he is not in service, he is in sales and he did his part and I thank him for making my safety a priority and bringing my concerns up to the service department manager once again in order to get the repairs done before I headed home.
